Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is an American book author, and has earned Emmy award. She hosts the most popular Food Network program, Barefoot Contessa. The series premiered in 2002. It will continue to run for another 27 seasons. Ina started her career writing nuclear energy policies and budgets of the White House. She initially loved the intellectual rigors of working for the White House, but eventually stopped her interest. She instead bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. It was a huge success throughout the 18 years that she decided to sell it. Her next step was to write her first cookbook. Several other books and journal articles followed. Meanwhile her Food Network television show too was launched and quickly became an instant hit. Her range of items spans from the kitchen equipment, cooking and baking materials to storage containers. Ina is a cook who has learned by herself that hasn't attended any cooking classes, nor been in a kitchen. Her name is ascribed to her straightforward approach to making food and her unpretentious approach to entertainment. Some of her most popular recipes include Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
