Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise is a popular American author, performer and actress well known for her portrayal of Ginger Grant in the 1960s TV show Gilligan's Island. The musical Bettle performed in Two's Company was her first stage performance in the 1950s. Then she appeared in a number of Broadway shows before becoming the most famous on stage alongside Li'l Abner in. In the same year, she recorded her first album of songs, called It's Time to Tina. Louise made her foray into Hollywood acting as Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a dramatic film that debuted in 1958.The film received a lot of praise as well as Louise received an award called the Golden Globe Award in the New Star of the Year category. While an undergraduate in Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. Louise joined CBS in 1964 to portray Ginger Grant. Louise was able to balance her work across Broadway TV and Hollywood, portraying more somber characters as in contrast to her portrayal as a glamorous girl. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series and Sanctuary however she also was an accomplished television director on numerous series, including Supernatural and The 100. She was birthed in Essex on August 28, 1965. Her family then relocated to Toronto for her childhood. In 1997 after being selected for the role of Samantha Carter she settled down in Vancouver and has lived there since then.
